Reservations are required to reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need.

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $250 and 100% for orders under $250. The full balance of order is due 3 business days prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 3 business day prior to delivery.

❌ Cancellation by the Customer

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

Credit for Future Use: Instead of a refund, we offer a credit to hold your funds for future use.

Validity: The credit is valid for one year from the original event date.

Non-Transferable: The credit can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions.

Credit for Future Use: We offer the credit option as mentioned above.

Accommodation: We will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the credit.

💰 Deposits

Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable.

Purpose: Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs.

No Refunds: Deposits cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

🔄 Rebooking

Within Credit Period: If you wish to reschedule your rental within the one-year credit validity period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Subject to Availability: We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability.

Yes, we accept adjustments to the inventory you’ve ordered. You are welcome to increase the amount of inventory we are delivering. However, we must have any changes required two weeks before your event date.

Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $110 for up to 20 miles from our locations, it can vary based on distance.

Yes, we offer a pickup option for certain items, depending on their size and fragility. Please note that larger or more delicate items may require delivery to ensure their safe transport.

No, we do not offer refunds for unused rental items. Once items are reserved, they are allocated specifically for your event, and we incur preparation and labor costs to ensure their availability. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for items that are not used during your event.

You are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery or pick up until they are returned to us. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, regardless of fault, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s), including any applicable labor and shipping fees

A government-issued ID is required for verification purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.

Yes, the damage waiver is mandatory for every order.
